I am the founder of The Option Leverage, a real estate support platform designed to help agents, transaction coordinators, and brokerages scale their businesses through structured systems, database strategy, and operational support. My work centers on building what I often describe as the operating system behind a real estate business. Instead of adding more tools, we integrate workflows across transactions, database management, and marketing so professionals can grow without being buried in operational complexity. Through this, I have led distributed teams across multiple time zones, implemented CRM driven lifecycle systems, and built processes that translate raw data into actionable business insights.
